Robert Hayling was an American dentist and civil rights activists. He began his dental practice in St Augustine where the museum is located Accord Civil rights Museum. He became the only the African American dentist to be elected at the local and national level of American dental association. He became the youth council advisor of NAACP. He was involved during the St Augustine Movement
